Thanks for the Memory

Remember when I posted this and talked about how much I loved the game Memory and how I didn’t really have time to make one for myself? Well, I didn’t have to! My friend Jessica did it for me! I have unfortunately taken a few weeks to post this, although I think writing 75 thank you notes to all the nice people who helped at the funeral is a good excuse…

Anyway, right around the time that I found out Maw Maw was put in hospice, I received this perfectly packaged shipment from Jessica. When I opened it and saw what it was, I squealed! She did such a great job putting together the game, using my favorite color red and using images from Schmate and Facebook. It is wonderful. Don’t you think?

Since Jessica has known me since we were 11, she is one of those rare friends that has a lot of blackmail material, er, I mean, knowledge of my childhood years. She even snuck in a pair of pictures of that nasty Fruitopia we used to drink circa 1998.

I love having it. It’s completely creative and very thoughtful. Again, thanks, Jessica!
