New scents for my sniffer
I have consistently gone along with the trends when it comes to personal scents. My first ever grown-up perfume was CK One, circa 6th and 7th grade. (No mocking allowed…. you know you loved it, too.)
Shortly after, 1996 became The Year Of Sunflower.
I don’t really remember what I chose in high school… probably some random samples I picked up at Gap (“Heaven”?) since I seemed to change my mind about things weekly.
In college, I was riding the Clinique Happy wave, as did most women I knew at the time. I liked it. It smelled good.
I wish I could tell you what I wore on my wedding day, but beyond lots of deodorant (we got married in Louisiana in July), I just don’t remember.
A year ago, I ran across “Amazing Grace” by Philosophy, but since I am fickle (and think the title is kooky), I only bought this small container-size.
Now, my Grace is gone, and I’m in search of something new. During one of my trips to Louisiana, I ran into my old friend Allison who was wearing “Amor Amor” by Cacharel. Allison smelled wonderful, and I asked her if she minded if I smelled like her in Tennessee. She was glad to help and later emailed me the name of her perfume. But, once I looked it up online, the website looked way too racy for me.
Regardless, I’m on the hunt. Any recommendations after viewing my past scent history would be greatly appreciated!

I wear Ralph Lauren Blue. I will let you smell in a week or two!!!!
Hanae Mori Butterfly, its wonderful
Kate- we have worn the same perfume it seems every year until now. Great minds or noses for that matter think alike.
Oh! I forgot to make a recommendation-
I wear Burberry Brit and Burberry Weekend.
I like Be Delicious (the green one) by DKNY.
I second Claire’s vote for Be Delicous by DKNY…I have yet to cough up the dough for it myself, so I just spray myself silly whenever I’m at Macy’s.
