Friday Feast: Easy Pumpkin Muffins

Ok, finally! Whole Foods for the win! I can now show you the easiest recipe I’ve ever made. Watch this:

Ingredients

one can of pumpkin pie mix

one box of yellow cake mix

  • Mix only those two ingredients.
  • Bake in muffin tins. Time depends on size of muffin tins but generally 15-18 minutes.

Done!

Yes! You read that right. No water, no milk, no eggs, no oil… just yellow cake mix in a box and a can of pumpkin pie mix. And the muffins are amazingly moist, gooey and oh-so-“Fall.” Really yummy with a little butter.

See? All that searching was worth it!

    YES!! I do this with Spice Cake Mix and it is AWESOME. You can also pour it in a cake pan if you are lazy (like i usually am) and don’t want to bother with muffin tins. Delicious!

    What temp? I’m gonna go with 350 unless I hear otherwise, since that’s the default baking temp of the universe. ;) Making them later today!
